चिंतायाश्च चितायाश्च बिन्दुमात्रं विशिष्यते |
चिता दहति निर्जीवं चिन्ता दहति जीवनम् ||

The above Shloka is in Sanskrit and it means there is only one difference in the spelling of the words चिंता (stress) and चिता (funeral pyre); just an extra dot.

The pyre burns the dead body, and stress burns down the whole life.

Every Human at the CORE is in search of happiness – wants to live a happy peaceful life and the biggest bottleneck – the opposite dimension of Happiness is ” STRESS”.Stress is the major cause of disturbance -mental – which brings in feelings of anxiety, fear, restlessness, aloofness, and many more such whirlpools of negative energies.

Every human have passed through these Stages -the potency varies – but every human have experienced this feeling -at some stage of his life – be it when Studying, Be in a Relationship, Be in a Profession, etc. and the reality is Everybody wants to know – what is the SOLUTION, what can relieve us of the stress – and only- if “I” know – “I” can find my “WAY TO HAPPINESS”

So let’s begin- lets understand its Characteristics to BEAT it—

Stress as defined in the dictionary – is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.

It is caused by a Situation that is external but it creates an INTERNAL Effect – it affects our – Physical, Mental, Emotional Health.

a) Stress is Subjective- what it means is – In a Particular situation – how one responds is completely the choice of oneself- an example to further elaborate – if Money, Riches are important – an essential commodity for Future safety – then daily wage workers should always be in stress- HOW MUCH MONEY is also a question that needs further deliberation.

If power and Position are the parameters of Success then those who are in such positions will never feel Stressed- Are You Sure????

But that is not the case – Money Success, power, and fame are all desires and definitely not the Insurance for Stress.

b) STRESS is Relative – The Potency of the Stress is directly related to your emotional sensitivity to a particular subject or situation. you will experience this mostly in relationships when in a similar crisis – One person feels More Stress – the other one feels less.

c) Stress is an Internal Conflict- when our thoughts, our action, and our emotions are not aligned. we want something, we do something and our thoughts are driving us somewhere – a complete case of chaos and confusion. Such state of mind – is the most difficult as such in such
situations the mind – which is POWERFUL will find faults in everything and anything.

Initially, if we can understand this basic one – it will make us mindful – Conscious.

And Yes – Pat yourself – this is the first step towards Fighting this Menance.

Everyone faces it- You are not unique- And Only You can Fight it.

There are Innumerable tools to overcome such feelings – emotions.

It is there with us and it starts with mindfulness –

Self Love – Being Responsible towards Yourself First – Taking Command of the Situation.

Once you are ready for this – you will find the WAY toward HAPPINESS.

The most important tool is MEDITATION – Various Techniques are available and thankful to the technology such tools are easily accessible and are just a click away.

“SATCHITANAND” is the true essence of any soul on this earth be inhuman, animal – THE JOYOUS state of SOUL

For that matter you are the One who can make it happen- So Be Ready- Think and Start taking ACTIONS.
